I can't see any problem with accents... I see the page and its text perfectly :)

You have to save your lang files as UTF8; you usually can find this option in your editor. Notepad allows you to do that from Save As (but don't use notepad, it might create problem); the best character set encoding is "UTF8 without BOM" or an analogue.
